Happy Friday, my friends!

Every Friday, I make a crafty-something to give a little love to you, to love my neighbor, and give love, as Jesus commanded. “A new command I give you: Love one another,” (John 13:34-35). It is giving for the sake of giving, expecting nothing in return. Just love: all Jesus. In a sin-sick world, we do what we can to show love to one another. This is one way I can use my time, treasures, and talents to serve Jesus and, you, my neighbor.

Today, I have a little Fourth of July love, but it’s a surprise. And, I am taking a little trip, and will be gone next week. I am doing a Give Love surprise for this week and next Friday too! I will pick two winners. So leave a comment here or on the Facebook page. Random.org will pick a winner. I love a good surprise!

Give Love Friday

Hello, sweet friends. Happy Summer! My children are out of school for the summer today. Finally! Their school seems was the very last in our county to be done. I love having them home.

Today is a little different for Give Love Friday. I found something that I think you will (said in a high sing song voice) loooove.  Emily Burger Designs is a Christian custom design company that I love. Emily makes all sorts of things including fabric, art prints, and various other things to point your hearts and minds to the Father! I love her art. It is clean, crisp, and Godly! She aspires to bring people a little closer in their walk with Christ through her art. An aspiration that is very close to my P31Wife’s heart.

Every Friday, I make a crafty-something to give a little love to you, to love my neighbor, and give love, as Jesus commanded. “A new command I give you: Love one another.” John 13 (34-35). It is giving for the sake of giving, expecting nothing in return. Just love: all Jesus. In a sin-sick world, we do what we can to show love to one another. This is one way I can use my time, treasures, and talents to serve Jesus and, you, my neighbor. BUT, this Friday, I am using my treasures to give some love!

In honor of Father’s Day, I bought a set of Mirror Scripture Cards for our bathroom mirror from Emily Burger Designs! So, I got you a set too! Please leave a comment here or on the P31Wife Facebook page, and random.org will draw a name on Sunday. Such a great idea by Emily! Love her creativity and design, but not as much as I love her heart for the Lord. She also sponsors a boy in the Dominican Republic with a portion of her sales. That is Jesus love in action.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend, my friends. I hope you tell that special dad in your life how wonderful he is and I hope you give a little Jesus love away!

P31Wife

“Children are a heritage from the Lord,
offspring a reward from him.
Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
are children born in one’s youth.
Blessed is the man
whose quiver is full of them.
They will not be put to shame
when they contend with their opponents in court,” (Psalm 127: 3-5).
